Nsarees is striving to give you the best experience. Nevertheless, opened or broken products cannot be reused and we cannot accept the exchange or return of used or damaged products.
If the product is damaged or has any quality issues, we would be able to exchange the product if it is brought to our notice or reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
- In case you have received a damaged product, please inform our Customer support team within 24 hours and share relevant images and video as supporting documents. Our team will look into the matter and address the concerts at the earliest.
- In case of complaints regarding quality, please contact our Customer support team within 7 days of the order delivery.
- Damages that occur due to any negligence, inappropriate usage, or application will not be considered under Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Only the products which are not damaged and returned with original packaging will be exchanged.
- Request for returns and exchange will be subjected to scrutiny by Nsarees.
- For sold-out goods refunds will not be considered.
